You can transfer:

5,000 to 10,000 miles in increments of 1,000 miles at a cost of $0.01 per mile, plus a $25 processing fee.

A maximum of 10,000 miles into any individual SkyMiles account per calendar year.

To transfer miles you will need the SkyMiles account number and name of the recipient as it appears on their SkyMiles account. You must have a valid major credit card with a billing address in the 50 United States, Canada, Guam, Puerto Rico, or the Virgin Islands.

Up to 50,000 miles can be deducted from your account per calendar year. Mileage transfer transactions are non-refundable and may take up to 72 hours to post to the recipient's account. Additional Terms & Conditions apply"
